1. Scope

These terms govern purchases through https://brandylbx.shop for delivery to Canada and the use of the store’s online ordering facilities. Product descriptions, checkout information and the relevant customer policies provide additional information about a specific purchase.

Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory provincial or territorial consumer protection, legal warranty or remedy.

2. Product Information

Please review the description, available options, dimensions, materials, care information and other specifications for the item you select. Photographs help illustrate products, but lighting and device settings may affect colour appearance. The goods must still conform to their contractual description.

A general statement about the store does not replace a product-specific claim or create a manufacturing, sourcing or performance claim that is absent from the particular listing.

3. Placing an Order

Select your products, review the basket, provide accurate billing and delivery details, choose a payment method available at checkout and review the final summary before submitting the order. You can correct details using the checkout controls before completing the purchase action.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received it unless it expressly communicates acceptance. We accept an offer when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, unless the relevant message clearly states an earlier acceptance.

4. Order Records

We send order information to the email address entered at checkout. Please save your confirmation and the policies relevant to your purchase.

Where provincial law requires particular information before a distance purchase or a copy of the resulting contract, those requirements apply in addition to these terms. If an order is not accepted, any amount collected is released or refunded promptly.

5. Prices, Taxes and Payment

The checkout displays the applicable currency, taxes and total amount before you submit the purchase. All accepted orders include free standard shipping, without a minimum order value. We do not add an undisclosed standard handling charge after checkout.

The available payment methods are those actually presented for your order. We do not promise that a particular payment method will appear for every customer or location.

6. Availability and Listing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to keep product and availability information accurate. Before accepting an order, we may explain a material mistake or unavailable product and decline the offer, with a prompt payment release or refund.

After acceptance, any change or cancellation is governed by the contract and applicable law. We do not have an unlimited right to cancel a concluded purchase merely because we would prefer a different price. A substituted item requires your agreement.

7. Processing and Delivery

Our usual processing time is 1–2 business days. The estimated total delivery time for Canada is 15–20 calendar days from order placement, including processing. Standard shipping is free.

Shipment tracking is provided when supported by the selected service. Genuine disruptions may affect an estimate, but this does not authorise indefinite non-delivery. An individual delivery commitment and applicable consumer rights take priority where they provide greater protection.

8. Address Details and Delivery Problems

Supply a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you discover an error. A change may no longer be possible after a parcel enters the carrier network.

If an incorrect address you supplied causes failed delivery, we may discuss reasonable actual redelivery costs where legally permitted and agreed. We do not apply an automatic penalty or forfeit the purchase payment. We bear responsibility for our own fulfilment errors and investigate missing parcels.

9. Returns and Consumer Remedies

Eligible goods are covered by our additional 30-day voluntary return period, measured from delivery. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions, procedure and exclusions. We pay for a reasonable standard return method for eligible returns and charge no restocking fee.

Legal remedies for defective, damaged or misdescribed goods remain available regardless of the voluntary return deadline. Distance-contract cancellation rights under applicable provincial or territorial law also remain in effect.

10. Refunds

For an approved voluntary return, we aim to initiate a refund within seven calendar days after receiving and reasonably checking the goods. A mandatory legal reimbursement deadline takes priority.

Refunds normally use the original payment method. A bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears, so initiation does not guarantee that funds will be visible within seven days.

11. Accounts and Responsible Website Use

If account access is offered, protect your login details and notify us of suspected unauthorised activity. Do not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders or use another person’s payment information without permission.

We may take proportionate steps to address actual misuse. Restriction of an account does not remove rights associated with a purchase already accepted.

12. Content and Privacy

Text, photographs and other content on the site may be protected by intellectual property rights of their respective owners. You may view the site and retain purchase records for ordinary lawful purposes. Do not reproduce protected content for misleading commercial use without permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information. Agreeing to these sales terms is not, by itself, consent to receive unrelated marketing.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable legal warranties and remedies for unsafe, defective or misdescribed goods.

Any limitation applying to a different claim operates only to the extent permitted by the law relevant to the purchase. We do not claim that consumer goods are sold without any legal warranty.

14. Complaints and Applicable Law

Mandatory consumer protections in the province or territory relevant to the purchase remain effective. These terms do not require a consumer to give up a court, venue or remedy protected by mandatory law.

15. Changes to These Terms

Updates apply to future transactions. Posting a revised page does not, by itself, change an order already accepted. If one provision cannot be enforced, the applicable law determines its effect without unnecessarily affecting other valid terms.
